Job Title: Software (Golang) Developer
Location: Raleigh, NC
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineers with expertise in Java, Go Lang, and MongoDB to join our Operational Excellence team. The engineer will play a vital role in troubleshooting, debugging, implementing fixes, and ensuring seamless application operations.
Act as the L3 point of contact for incidents / queries raised by customers, L1 and L2 support teams.
Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact.
Work on L3 Jira stories that cover bug fixes, system behavior clarifications, and data issues.
Perform Short-Term Fixes (STF) and Long-Term Fixes (LTF) in coordination with development teams.
Conduct data analysis and fixes for production records as needed.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and operations teams to improve system reliability and incident response.
Acknowledge, investigate, and respond to production support queries from customers, L1 and L2 teams.
Maintain logs, create incident documentation, and contribute to knowledge bases and runbooks.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Go, and MongoDB
Proficient in debugging application and service-level issues in production environments.
Solid understanding of microservices, web services, and distributed systems.
Experience with production/ platform tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, etc.)
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in critical situations.
Exposure to monitoring and alerting systems.
Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Mandatory Skills: Enterprise Platform Engineering Go Lang .
Experience: 3-5 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $1,10,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
