Restoration Technician – Precision-Driven | SERVPRO Team Ridner

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll play a critical role in restoring homes and businesses after damage from water, fire, mold, or storms—bringing properties back to pre-loss condition with unmatched precision.

???? What You'll Do:

• Assess, mitigate, and restore property damage using SERVPRO systems and standards
• Work independently in the field, using proven tools and methods to diagnose and solve problems
• Maintain detailed job documentation through our mobile platforms
• Ensure work sites are clean, safe, and compliant with restoration protocols
• Coordinate as needed with team members, but manage your own schedule and responsibilities

• A logical thinker who enjoys solving mechanical or technical problems
• Independent, responsible, and driven by high standards of workmanship
• Detail-focused—you notice what others miss and correct it without being asked
• Comfortable with structure and repetition; you don’t reinvent the wheel—you optimize it
• Calm and steady, especially under pressure

✅ Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
• Willing to take on-call shifts as part of a rotating schedule
• Comfortable using mobile job tracking tools and digital systems
