???? What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, insurance agents, property managers, and other potential clients
• Execute daily face-to-face marketing visits (a.k.a. “route marketing”)
• Organize and attend networking events, trade shows, and expos
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Manage CRM software to track contacts, leads, and follow-ups
• Represent SERVPRO® in the community as a trusted expert and resource

???? What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of B2B sales, marketing, or account management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bonus: Experience in the restoration, insurance, or property management industries
