Maintenance Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform repairs and improvements at Properties for all trades, including:

o Plumbing (rough and finish)

o Electrical (rough and finish)

o Carpentry (rough and finish)

o Painting

o Drywall

o Roofing

o HVAC

• On-call for after hour emergencies, in rotation with other Maintenance Technicians.
• Special Projects as Assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School diploma (or higher)
• Licenses: not required
• Tools: Employee required to provide
• Vehicle: Employee required to provide
• Experience:

o Experience in the Real Estate or related industry: Five (5) years (or more)

o Supervisory Experience: N/A

• Trade Skills:

o Plumbing: Intermediate / Journeyman

o Electrical: Intermediate / Journeyman

o Carpentry: Intermediate

o Painting: Intermediate

o Drywall: Intermediate

o Roofing: Apprentice / Intermediate

o HVAC:Apprentice / Intermediate

• Other Skills:

o Detail-orientation

o Good time-management skills

o Ability to multi-task

o Enjoy working in fast-paced environment

o Not flustered by urgent requests

• References: Full business references and proven work history
