Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Agoura Hills, California

Pay Rate: $19 – $21 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Receptionist to join our client’s team in Agoura Hills. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry and communication skills, along with previous experience in customer service or order processing. This is a great opportunity to grow within a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Assist with customer service and order processing tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field
  • Strong data entry skills (45–60 WPM)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Call center experience is helpful but not required
  • Spanish fluency is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Professional office and call center environment
  • Frequent use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.)
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs
  • Ability to climb stairs, and clearly see and hear in a busy office setting
