Fabrication Assistant – Immediate Start!

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.00/hour

Are you ready to start work right away? We're looking for a motivated Fabrication Assistant to join our team! This is a hands-on role supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

As a Fabrication Assistant, you’ll work alongside our production team to support machine operations and material handling. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has a strong attention to detail, and is ready to jump in and contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine production tasks
• Perform grinding and measuring duties
• Operate a forklift to move materials (training provided if needed)
• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient work area
• Handle and transport materials throughout the facility
• Support general shop and fabrication duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience preferred (or willing to learn)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
