Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and detail-oriented candidates for an Electrical Assembly opening in North Branch, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least two years of experience in electrical assembly who are comfortable working with small components and assembling circuit boards under a microscope.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19–$27 (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and solder electrical components and circuit boards under a microscope
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and functionality of assembled units
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical assembly or related field
• Proficiency in soldering and handling small components
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• No background check or drug screen required
