Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking detail-oriented and steady-handed candidates for a Soldering Technician opening in Stillwater, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $17–$22 (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Stillwater, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering of electronic components under a microscope
• Assemble and inspect circuit boards to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow detailed work instructions and schematics
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Familiarity with basic tools and electronic components
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
