About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager/Recruiter for our University Recruiting team in India. We're looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to lead our university recruitment efforts. In this role, you'll develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, foster strong relationships with academic institutions, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates. Additionally, you'll manage the intern program once candidates are onboarded. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.

What you will do:

Program Management:

  • Develop and implement university recruiting programs and initiatives aligned with the company’s talent acquisition strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of university recruiting efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate campus engagement activities, including career fairs, workshops, and information sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to enhance visibility and outreach.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s presence in the university space.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, university recruitment practices, and competitor strategies.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the recruitment process.

What you will need

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on university recruiting or campus engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and university recruitment practices.
  • Must have hands on knowledge and understanding of university hiring cycle and important dates (Day 0,1) for shortlisted colleges
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Important Note - This is a hybrid role and requires working from our Bangalore office on Mon, Tue and Thurs
