Cleveland Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as Director II, Enterprise Executive Health and Concierge Medicine. Patients served in Executive Health and Concierge Medicine are distinct, high-profile individuals who expect and require an elevated level of service, discretion and personalization.

The Director II Enterprise Executive Health and Concierge Medicine establishes and implements short and long-term departmental goals and objectives and provides strategic leadership to mid-level managers. A leader in this role provides enterprise-wide oversight of executive health and concierge programs in Ohio, Florida and Nevada, with strategic links to London, Abu Dhabi and Toronto.

This role provides the opportunity to lead an elite, enterprise-level program that serves the most influential patients in the system. This leader will be shaping high-impact services across multiple markets with full leadership backing and the chance to truly innovate. This role combines operational leadership, patient experience and strategic growth.

A caregiver in this role works at Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus, with occasional travel required.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Direct and lead the department in its strategic plan, monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness.
  • Define and implement programs for the department.
  • Ensure quality and effectiveness of the programs through statistical research reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with organizational leaders throughout the enterprise.
  • Manage and supervise designated staff.
  • Create environment for growth and development of each staff member.
  • Provide strategic leadership to mid-level managers through delegation and coaching.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of directly relevant experience, including three years of demonstrated management or project management experience in a community outreach environment
  • Proven success in managing frontline clinical or patient-facing operations, with the ability to guide improvements and efficiencies
  • Experience identifying growth opportunities, designing new services and leading initiatives that increase patient volume
  • Experience leading multi-site or remote teams across state lines or enterprise-level environments
  • Skill at navigating complex organizations, forging partnerships across departments and influencing without direct authority
