What You Will Do

  • Automotive Data Analytics and Strategy
    • Develop BI solution to optimize China Auto sales strategy by leading analytics projects supporting dealer networking, manufacturing efficiency , customer behavior .
    • Gathering , analyzing and interpret market data to uncover trends , competitive dynamics and growth opportunities to support the strategic decision making.
    • Manage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) with integrations to Molex existing automotive ERP management system.
    • Analyze sales performance by model, region , and dealership to identify growth opportunities in the market .
    • Present strategy report to executives on market trends including policy guidance, technology innovation, cost optimization and market dynamics.
    • Leveraging in-depth experience in data analysis to forecast market dynamics and provide strategic decision-making support for the company;
    • Lead the MOR/QBR meeting / reporting for China auto sales team including data collection, validation and presentation , highlights risks, opportunities , and performance gaps in MOR/QBR deliverables.
  • Administrative Management
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales team, including document management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and daily operations.
    • Facilitate cross-departmental communication (Finance, HR, IT) to ensure smooth operations.
    • Organize sales data, prepare reports, and assist in data analysis for management.
    • Maintain client records, handle basic inquiries, and assist in preparing business materials.
    • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Education: Bachelor’s / master’s in data science, Business Analytics, or Automotive Engineering
  • Experience: 5+ years in BI/analytics, preferably in automotive, OEMs etc.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of automotive sales cycles, familiarity with automotive data sources
  • Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), basic data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and stress management skills with attention to details.
  • A self-motivated individual with a contribution mindset, capable of working well under pressure, taking initiative, and showing strong ownership.
