What You’ll Be Doing:
Project Ownership and Management: Lead complex projects with tight deadlines, ensuring seamless coordination across globally distributed team.
Customer Requirements and Deliverables: Understand customer needs, oversee team operations, and ensure timely delivery of features aligned with customer expectations. - Execution & Efficiency Improvements: Champion new design flows and methodologies, including design automation and AI-based tools, to enhance R&D efficiency.
Talent Growth: Collaborate with the Engineering VP to plan team growth, recruit top-tier talent, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Team Management: Lead the Product Operations Team, including PHY Build, QA, Release Teams, and Automation and Flow Enhancement Teams.
Strategic Communication: Provide comprehensive project updates to executive management, maintain effective communication with customers, and address concerns proactively.

Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in Memory PHY or related fields. Strong technical background with expertise in semiconductor design and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:
You will lead the Product Operations Team, which includes the PHY Build, QA, Release Teams, and Automation and Flow Enhancement Teams. This team is dedicated to delivering high-quality Memory PHY solutions while driving innovation and efficiency. You will lead strategic projects with key Tier 1 customers. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
