We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Designer who excels at solving complex problems, has a passion for design, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project goals and translate them into compelling user experiences.
• Design high-quality user interfaces and prototypes, ensuring alignment with our Design System and technical contraints.
• Analyze data and user feedback to refine and elevate the user experience continuously.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating to achieve the best results.
• Mentor junior designers, sharing expertise to elevate team capabilities and ensure consistency in design quality.
• Work independently and take ownership of projects, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and drive product impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep our designs cutting-edge.

What you've done

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design processes, problem-solving skills, and exceptional UI/UX solutions for digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong skills in concept creation as well as Design Execution (UI) with an eye for detail.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies, including user research, usability testing, and interative design.
• Experience with the design of data-driven and SaaS products.
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking with the ability to break down complex challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self driven, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of projects.
• Demonstrated ability to metor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
• Experience working with Design Systems.
• Knowledge of current AI tools and tech developments & experience developing AI features.
• Familiarity with HR Tech or related industries preferred.
• Experience in designing automation features or products.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies and their impact on design feasibility preferred.
• Previous experience in a leadership role or managing design projects across multiple teams.
