Your role

In this role as Digital Marketing Manager, you will replace someone for a year who is going on maternity leave. It will be for a year with a strong preference to find someone that if the situation permits, can stay long term. You will be leading the subregional digital marketing strategy across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with global positioning and regional goals. You are responsible for web Production and content creation, paid advertising, search engine Optimization and lead routing. You will report into the subregional Marketing Director Nothern Europe.

  • Setting and leading the subregional Digital Marketing strategy across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with global positioning and regional goals
  • Providing strategic oversight across all digital marketing programs, from planning through execution and measurement
  • Acting as the owner of the subregional digital marketing roadmap, setting priorities across the full digital landscape — including paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Leveraging digital marketing channels to push Digital Realty’s global data center platform, global capabilities, and global brand, driving increased awareness, engagement, and demand generation to the subregional audience.
  • Supporting the subregion and the region to build a range digital marketing tactics and campaigns to drive leads across the sales funnel.
  • Supporting the subregion and the region in the delivery of relevant campaigns, aligned with global messaging, personalized for the local audience, including but not limited to content syndication, 3rd party display, PPL, paid search, banner advertising, organic social, paid social, email, etc. Leverage global vendor relationships wherever possible
  • Defining KPIs for digital marketing, measure success based upon engagement within the subregional and local audience about our global position, as well as leads, opportunities and revenue from the subregional audience and A-End organizations in the subregion.
  • Leveraging global reporting and analytics tools to use data to tell stories and provide actionable insights and recommendations

What you’ll need

  • Minimum of five years of relevant Digital Marketing experience
  • Extensive experience delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns (content syndication, display, PPL, paid search, paid/organic social, email, SEO, web).
  • Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in using analytics to inform marketing decisions
  • Experience in IT or related industries is a plus
  • Strong command of the English language in speaking and writing, Dutch, Danish or Swedish is a big plus
  • Experience of targeting, optimizing, and driving tragic and engagement across digital marketing channels
  • Experience of working with vendors and managing third party relationships
  • Deep understanding of marketing database and lead management (Salesforce, Marketo) including lead routing, governance and compliance requirements
  • Deep understanding of GDPR and compliance.
  • Experience of data-driven marketing reporting and analytics aligned with business KPIs
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, Splash, CMS, Demandbase
