Your tasks and responsibilities:

The scope of logistics officer SI is including the sourcing, repairing and warranty management for all defined service parts from APJ & CHN suppliers. He/She also needs to handle planning, inventory management and control, lifecycle activities on behalf of Siemens Healthineers BA, e.g. for CT, AX, MR etc. with solid KPI performance achieving.

1. Handling of sourcing activities from defined suppliers, including repair and warranty orders dealing.

2. Customer escalation orders dealing and solving.

3. Planing collaboration with global planning expert team base on global guidelines.

4. Inventory control and management.

  • Sourcing service parts, manage repair and warranty orders from CHN OPC IF responsible suppliers, ensuring service parts availability and fulfill KPI targets on inventory, turn over rate, etc…
  • Dealing service part escalations together with national and international partners
  • Inventory planning and control for service parts which can be stored in CSML APJ&CHN WHs.
  • Stock clearing trigger for CSML APJ&CHN SI responsible parts.
  • CN consign & SG WH physical stock clearing coordination per planners’ request.
  • CSML APJ&CHN stock accuracy control & stock taking coordinating.
  • Working actively on planning solutions to improve stock performance and invetornty optimization.
  • Fulfill other tasks assigned by manager.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Multiple years of working experience is preferred within international supply chain logistics and/or customer service, ideally in medical or high tech supply chain company.
  • Previous ERP experience is a must. Being Familiar with MM/SD and 3PL working model.
  • Experience in data analytic and digital reporting is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or supply chain management/ International trade is preferred.
