You will be part of our Nacora team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence. Your primary objective will be to oversee overall operations, encompassing the Global Shared Service Center Claims, Local Insurance Broking operations, and the management of Marine Cargo + Liability + Employee Health Insurance Claims.

How you create impact

• Oversee Nacora Operations to ensure process enhancement and quality service delivery to uphold high standards of service excellence.
• Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment, building motivation, and strengthening the sense of belonging.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide, consistently seeking feedback and implementing relevant corrective actions.
• Develop and drive strategies based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 8–9 years of experience in insurance operations or a similar role.
• MUST have general insurance background with Marine Cargo + Liability + Employee Health Insurance Claims experience.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
