Job Description:
- Understand the full-funnel solutions from Online Marketing, including but not limited to user acquisition, user re-engagement, search, branding and lead generation
- Drive market analysis to find the optimal mix of digital channels to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations
- Be responsible for target audience segmentation, funnel segmentation, content generation for various digital channels(website, social channels) to achieve KPIs
- Execute all aspects of programmatic campaign management – planning, targeting strategy, tagging, delivery management, analysis, and reporting
- Public Relationship planning and development
- Work closely with all ad partners and agencies to effectively manage and drive results
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with major online marketing channels
- Understand market and digital landscape requirements to develop a successful digital marketing strategy.
- Hands on knowledge of paid media analytics, tracking and reporting platforms
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to deliver data-driven results
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Proactiveness in taking ownership and self starter in ambiguous situations
- Fluent Japanese is a plus
