As part of our Continuous Improvement team, we’re looking for an innovative and technically skilled Automation Developer to help us streamline and enhance business processes across Australia and New Zealand.

This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation tools, collaborate with passionate professionals, and make a tangible impact across a diverse and dynamic organisation.

This role can be based in Christchurch, Auckland, Hamilton or Wellington.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Design, develop, and deliver robust RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to understand and map out processes for automation.
  • Manage and monitor bots through UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Create and maintain SQL stored procedures to support automation workflows.
  • Support and maintain existing bots and automation tools.
  • Assist with testing and support for other tools including .NET, ShareFile, and K2.
  • Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects within the automation team.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in RPA development, ideally with UiPath.
  • Strong understanding of process design and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with stored procedures.
  • Experience in .NET, Salesforce or K2 would be advantageous.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
