Job Description

What you’re responsible for:

Reporting to the Monitoring Centre Supervisor, the officer must continuously monitor the company's facilities. He must also deal with the various alarms and calls that occur on a daily basis. Finally, he can also be asked to carry out video investigations.

• Ensuring the security of establishments through the observation and use of images and information from live video surveillance;
• Carrying out the technical verification of video surveillance equipment;
• Creating and managing of access controls;
• Receiving, managing and dispatching of telephone calls;
• Managing and processing incoming alarm signals;
• Alerting, deploying and coordinating emergency services as needed;
• Writing different types of reports;
• Working closely with investigators;
• Performing videotape analysis for process improvement;

Qualifications

To join our team:

• You have the BSP electronic security systems card or be able to take the course once hired.
• You have experience in security, an asset
• You are bilingual (French and English)
• You have a valid Class 5 driver's license
