Team Leader - F&B Sales

We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.

The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Team Leader - F&B Sales who will be responsible for driving event and group sales for Cornerstone, The Lounge, and The Timber House. This role manages all guest inquiries related to bookings, builds strong relationships with corporate clients, and actively seeks new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident, highly driven, and fluent in both Korean and English.

This position is ranked from as Team Leader, and will report to the Director of Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all group and event inquiries for the three F&B outlets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and VIP guests
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and sales leads
  • Create tailored proposals and pricing in coordination with outlet and culinary teams
  • Conduct client meetings and site inspections
  • Coordinate with Marketing for event-related promotions and campaigns
  • Track and report sales performance, targets, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with outlet managers to ensure flawless event execution

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality sales
  • Excellent communication in Korean and English (verbal and written)
  • Outgoing, confident personality with strong relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
