Customer service is the support provided by a company to its customers before, during, and after a purchase, aimed at ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering assistance through various channels such as in-person, phone, email, live chat, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Converting customers into passionate evangelists
  • Communicate with customers, email and live chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms collaborate on projects to improve support tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum D3 / S1 any major
  • Minimum GPA 2.75
  • Have a min of 1 years of work experience in BPO clients for CS or
  • Preferred experience in B2B or Financial Services
  • Fluent in English both of Written and Reading (min. B1 Intermediate - B2 Upper Intermediate is a MUST)
  • Communicative.
  • Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday.
  • Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA.
  • Candidates can work immediately if they pass the client interview.
