Knowledge Education and Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in project implementation/project management

  • Experience/Exposure to BCM and Risk Management (preferred)
  • Management training experience and/or background (preferred)
  • Multi-lingual (English/Mandarin/other languages)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Plan Development:

  • Work with the Business Continuity Head in the development of Project Plans for the delivery and deployment of the BC Lifecycle across the enterprise (Planning & Implementation)
  • Serve as an internal consultant to Client Operations, non-Operations support teams & vendors in the coordination and deployment of BC resilience and redundancy strategies
  • Develop & Maintain BCM templates & documents as well as other documents relating to BC policies & standard
  • Coordinate the implementation of Client Operations’ BC plans in line with the enterprise BC-DR Framework and ISS Compliance requirements

Program Implementation:

  • Serve as a key contact to the EMT and the DART as assigned by the BCM Head during business impacting (emergency) engagements
  • Facilitate the Monitoring, Review and Maintenance of Business Continuity and Recovery plans
  • Provide support during plan activation & implementation; up to immediate-post-event reviews, lessons learned and next step/improvements of existing contingency plans
  • Provide subject matter expertise on BCM processes. Coordinate between departments on the BC Plans

Documentation:

  • Ensure the currency of BC documentation of Client Operations and non-Operations Support Teams across the different phases of the BCM Lifecycle
  • Maintain and update BCM tools/portal/reports to ensure availability of most current changes and updates

Training Support:

  • Ensures currency of training modules, awareness programs and other resources in support of the BCM approach and lifecycle
  • Serve as advocate for BCM to Client Operations & enterprise support teams
