You will help provide legal support for all our products and businesses across the globe. Apple’s IP Transactions team is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with outstanding initiative, judgment, and written and verbal communication skills. The IP Transactions team is a dedicated group of attorneys with significant experience in IP litigation/assertions and licensing. In this role, you will analyze and respond to pre-litigation IP assertions, negotiate and draft IP license agreements, and advise our supply chain team on IP disputes.
As a member of Apple's in-house IP Transactions team, you will be working on complex, pre-litigation IP disputes and licensing matters. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires evaluating patent portfolios and related economics; collaborating across teams; planning, communicating, and executing complex negotiation strategies; and negotiating and drafting the terms of licensing and other IP-related agreements. You will help formulate and drive strategy and provide counsel to clients at all levels of management.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $221,600 and $333,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
