Your Impact

As a key leader on our Plant Operations Leadership Team, you’ll shape the future of our manufacturing facility by championing a proactive safety culture aligned with OSHA and company standards, driving strategic initiatives to improve plant performance and reduce downtime, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead a skilled workforce of 45 trades professionals, manage a $5.5M maintenance budget, and ensure engineering and maintenance strategies align with long-term business goals. In this influential role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and change agent, advancing safety, efficiency, and innovation across the plant.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll oversee all maintenance and engineering functions while managing complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead planning and execution of capital projects and continuous improvement efforts
• Supervise Electrical, Mechanical, and Utilities/Facilities engineering leaders
• Implement and evolve predictive and preventive maintenance systems
• Monitor plant equipment performance and drive technical solutions for efficiency
• Ensure regulatory compliance and excellence in contractor management
• Deliver projects on-time and on-budget using best-practice methodologies

What You’ll Bring

• We’re looking for a proven leader ready to innovate and elevate our operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 5–7 years of leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Track record of leading capital projects and process improvements
• Experience managing cross-functional teams with a focus on engagement
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement tools
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings with high accountability
