Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team.
• This position will support the Client Engine Nozzles business located in West Des Moines, IA.
• The role will be critical in driving financial analysis, accurate reporting and maturing and improving certain processes.
• The selected candidate will also lead and drive our Fixed Asset and CAPEX story and drive appropriate actions with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Close and Reporting: o Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close and quarterly accounting requirements
• Analyze financial results to identify significant variances from budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Perform ad hoc business and financial analysis and tasks as required by the team
• Capital Planning and Fixed Assets: o Evaluate and prioritize capital expenditure (Capex) proposals
• Prepare and manage the annual capital budget as well as track monthly project spending
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate project assumptions and timelines.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and/or FP&A, with a focus on manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Detail oriented individual with a strong focus on achieving results
• Self-Motivated individual with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and can communicate effectively within all levels of the organization
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products, SAP and OneStream

Education:

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required - CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
