Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Home based Hybrid role within driving distance to our Horsham, PA Office
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role (ie. Business/Systems Analyst, Technical BA) in a complex software development environment.
- Prove experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with an understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Experience with Agile Development Tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA Align, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to self-learn and independently analyze new data standards, technical documentation, and regulatory guidance to determine system impacts and implementation needs.
- Strong understanding of data-centric products, data modeling, structured content (Schema/XML/JSON) and API integration and design.
- Experience with SQL
- Proficient in writing clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
- Strong technical writing skills, with experience creating documentation such as data flow diagrams, integration workflows, and system behavior specifications for diverse audiences.
- Ability to assess and document complex systems, integrations and workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with little direct supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strategic thinker with a passion for building impactful products and a bias toward action.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Familiarity with structured content, regulatory requirements, and product development lifecycle in the Life Sciences domain.
- Experience working in or with regulated environments supporting medical device and medicinal product registration and labeling.
- Familiarity with Aha!, Azure DevOps (ADO) and Postman.
- Experience working with data-centric products in Life Sciences industry is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership and Backlog Management
- Translate high-level product vision into a cohesive technical roadmap and delivery strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Own and manage the product backlog sprint scheduling and release progress.
- Clearly articulate product vision, system capabilities and business context to developers and QA engineers.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define release goals and sprint objectives aligned with the product roadmap.
- Champion technical product direction, balancing near-term deliverables with long-term platform evolution.
- Requirements Definition and Documentation
- Analyze regulatory documentation, technical standards (e.g., HL7, ICH, ISO, Regional), and client specifications to create clear and complete technical requirements.
- Gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain use cases, workflows and documentation for new and existing features.
- Ensure quality traceability between business needs, technical requirements and delivered functionality.
- Technical Product SME
- Serve as the primary SME for the technical capabilities of the SingleSource platform and surrounding tools.
- Run queries to analyze data, support validation, and investigate issues.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the key liaison between technical teams and internal stakeholders, compliance and security teams.
- Lead discussions to validate technical approaches and manage expectations across various internal business functions.
- Agile Delivery
- Manage Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) to guide product development and validate progress.
- Ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
- Own and refine the product backlog, manage backlog health ensuring the team is always working and on the most valuable, high-impact features.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and solution architects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support testing efforts, including integration, operational qualification, and UAT to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify areas for system or process improvements and champion data and user driven decision making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate, prototype and iterate on solutions.
