About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our closed-door pharmacy. This critical role is responsible for managing teams, optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of care in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Ensure timely, high-quality pharmacy services for skilled nursing facility partners.
• Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to the Operations Quality Assurance Committee.
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacy teams to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of pharmacy software systems to improve efficiency.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to staff, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
• Promote continuous improvement through training, development, and performance feedback.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive initiatives to improve quality and operational effectiveness
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and maintain the highest standards of patient privacy and confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years proven leadership experience demonstrating successful results, required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not necessary
• Strong financial management skills
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in staff training and development
• Strong communication and public relations skills

Compensation & Perks

Salary: $55,000–$75,000

Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Employee
