Position Summary
Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Assists technical support/solutions with customers on malfunctioning products. Supports policies & procedure to promote continuous improvements to the quality of product. Assists with shipments between load cell division and warehouse/customers location. Assists with monthly reports.
