Job Title: Welding Supervisor

Shift/Pay:

1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

• $70,000-$90,000*

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 30-35 welders, prototype mechanics, and utility workers.
• Hire and train new employees.
• Perform welding tasks when not engaged in training activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects.

Qualifications/Skills

• 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• 10+ years of Mig and Tig welding experience
• Experience with aluminum and steel
• Blueprint reading
• AWS Certification
• Supervisory skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Tuition reimbursement eligibility after 6 months of employment with CRC (after Aerotek period)

Health, dental, vision (company-paid), short-term disability (company-paid), life (company-paid), long term disability, FSA, and AFLAC 1st of the month after conversion to CRC's payroll from Aerotek.

401(k) is 1st of the quarter after 6 months of employment (including time w/ Aerotek).

Lump sum 56 hrs of PTO available after 180 days of employment and continues to accumulate 2.15 hrs/wk thereafter.
