Production Worker | 1st and 3rd shift available

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Worker where you will play a crucial role in loading and unloading parts from the production line while inspecting parts for defects. You will assemble parts according to specifications using hand tools, keeping pace with the moving production line. Additionally, you will perform inventory audits and reconcile daily electronic transactions, mark defective parts for rework, and organize finished parts for shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload parts from the production line.
  • Inspect parts for defects and mark defective ones for rework.
  • Assemble parts using hand tools according to specifications.
  • Keep pace with the moving production line.
  • Perform inventory audits and reconcile daily electronic transactions.
  • Place finished parts into shipping racks for customer delivery.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in material handling.
  • Proficiency in working on an assembly line.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to work overtime as required.

Work Environment

Experience a high-paced work environment alongside 1500 employees. The facility is moderately climate-controlled, ensuring comfort during work shifts. Choose between 1st shift (7am-3pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am) with the 3rd shift schedule running from Sunday to Thursday night.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.41 - $18.91/hr.
