The Microbiology Division provides solutions and workflow for food, clinical, and pharmaceutical environments. The markets we serve include food manufacturing and labs, clinical and healthcare, pharma, and biotech. We manufacture culture media and other microbiological diagnostic products serving customers in the pharmaceutical, food, and clinical laboratories

How will you make an impact?

As a Manufacturing Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

Production Process Execution:

  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and accurate production.
  • Following Work Instruction Documents meticulously to perform tasks correct.
  • Inspecting finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Reporting any defects or issues to supervisors.
  • Following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Managing materials efficiently, ensuring they are used correctly and safely.
  • Keeping track of inventory and reporting any discrepancies.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

  • 1- 2 years in a manufacturing or regulated environment; aseptic experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to push/pull up to 600lb kettles, stand for prolonged periods
  • Communicate well, both verbally and written in English, and be able to perform basic math
