Responsibilities

Expand the artist/user base on our platform by optimizing advertising content and channel strategies to attract high-quality artists/users and enhance platform's visibility through improved website search engine optimization (SEO).

Strategize the promotion of product offerings to the U.S. market, aiming to drive market share growth and better Return on Investment (ROl).

Analyze target market and audience to improve promotion and recommendation strategies, to increase publish rate market share growth, and build up viral cases.

Develop refined advertising buying strategies, engage in channel comparison, material localization, and clear target audience positioning.

Create and execute user growth plans, identifying and leveraging opportunities for artists’/users’ exposure, and optimizing strategies to enhance their presence and engagement.

Analyze user data, identify trends, and provide valuable inputs for overall user acquisition and retention strategies.

Work closely with business and local operations team to define and implement strategies for better user growth outcomes.

Product responsibility to improve the efficiency of assets management.

Operational responsibility for budget management.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

Product marketing and operations, product management, or product strategy in the digital advertising industry;

Creating project plans by setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines and performing project quality control throughout development;

Designing the overall strategy for A/B testing, executing the experimentation, and optimizing testing based on analysis and results;

Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes;

Conducting market research and audience testing for company's products and product features; and

Translating data using SQL, Python, Tableau, or Excel.

Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 20%.

Type: Full time, 40 hours/week

Location: San Jose, CA

Salary Range: $178110 - $248400 per year
