Responsibilities
Manage large-scale product improvement projects to build effective and scalable features or tools to improve content feature safety, balancing the clients' experience and ensuring a safe environment for platform users.
Apply data-driven analyses to identify business issues, define the product roadmap, set performance metrics, and partner across the organization to develop action plans.
Collaborate with issue experts and policy teams, as well as cross-functional partners, to gather information and establish workflows to critically analyze, prioritize, and drive efforts to achieve success, optimize product performance, and meet business needs.
Develop rollout and testing plans for new safety products; analyze testing data and iterate based on insights.
Conduct in-depth analysis of platform data to reveal policy gaps, risks, and threats within core content types and surfaces.
Report project status and key outcomes to senior managers and recommend safety product features and strategies.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Product data analysis, modeling, and reporting to develop business strategies and insights;
Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support the monitoring and evaluation of product performance using SQL and analyzing reports on Google Analytics;
Processing and analyzing large quantities of data to support decision-making for product roadmap and strategy;
Designing A/B testing to monitor and improve product performance; and
Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 15%.

Location: San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $150426 - $246400 per year
