Responsibilities
Assist the business teams/leadership in making optimal business decisions within the compliance review process for monetization areas by conducting compliance risk assessments and evaluating mitigation suggestions associated with products/projects/initiatives.
Gather and organize relevant data to conduct initial Product Requirements Document (PRD) review and provide feedback to product teams.
Determine the appropriate review processes/procedures for the PRD (e.g., quick, regular, exemption).
Collaborate with and manage cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, PR, GR, and Product teams) and ensure that compliance reviews are completed timely.
Communicate assessment results to relevant stakeholders and support risk mitigation efforts as needed.
Plan and monitor the overall progress of the program and coordinate projects and interdependencies.
Manage risks and support issues resolution, stakeholders communications, and program documentation/trackers/timeline.
Collaborate with Legal, public policy and public communications teams to evaluate compliance approach and impacts on Monetization products and processes.
Lead compliance-related project management throughout product lifecycle, managing cross-functional efforts including business development, product design, engineering and go-to market.
Lead internal communications about compliance strategy, ensure implementation and resolve compliance issues.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Working within project or program team settings to diagnose problems, supporting decision making, influencing project or program direction and stakeholder decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving change;
Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution;
Leading regulatory compliance-related projects, managing cross-functional efforts including product, operations, and engineering;
Collaborating with internal teams to evaluate compliance approach and impacts on products and process;
Performing regulatory and process audits on execution of compliance process, and partnering with execution teams on continuous improvement; and
Using regulatory data reporting and responding to regulatory inquiries.

Salary: $265,034 per year
