We are seeking skilled assemblers to join our team in building modular solar units according to Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints. You will work collaboratively on a production line with a team of five assemblers, focusing on constructing the frame and structural components for each section of the unit. Your role will include securely locking solar panels into each portion of the frame, folding units in accordion style, and preparing them for shipment by strapping them in. Utilization of a job crane will be necessary for material and frame movement, and you will be expected to proficiently use hand tools, power tools, and air tools to assemble the units.

Work in an open-aired environment requiring steel-toed boots and long-sleeved shirts. The position is based on an eight-month contract with potential for extension. Employees can expect to work in shifts: 1st shift from 7am to 4pm, with possible early start at 6am, and 2nd shift from 4pm to 1:30am, with potential extension until 2:30am.
This is a Contract position based out of Pasadena, Texas.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
