NOW HIRING: Production Specialist – Wet Room Operator II

Your Role: Make an Impact in Manufacturing!

Join a high-performing team where precision meets purpose. As a Wet Room Operator II, you’ll work hands-on with advanced wet process systems such as Etch, Microetch, Direct Metal, Develop, Resist Strip, Ferric Etch, and Tin Strip. You’ll be trained and certified in at least one process—and cross-trained in others!

What You’ll Do

• Read and follow route sheets and blueprints
• Operate wet process equipment according to SOPs
• Inspect work to IPC standards
• Manage work orders using Paradigm
• Contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Cross-train and become a certified trainer

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of manufacturing or production experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers
• Ability to stand for full shifts

Bonus Points:

• Experience with IPC standards
• Background in electronics manufacturing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
