Job Title: Bindery Operator

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM ($4.00/hour shift premium)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• Overtime: Occasional, up to 4 hours/day on all shifts

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependableBindery Operatorto join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate bindery machinery, monitor product quality, and ensure accurate documentation. If you have experience in bindery production and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for materials and setup requirements
• Monitor equipment and product quality; request maintenance support as needed
• Troubleshoot moderately complex equipment or product issues
• Use computer-based workflow applications to manage files
• Accurately document activities in systems such as MII and SAP
• Perform tasks such as feeding, catching off, stacking, bundling, and inventory cycle counts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience operating bindery production machinery
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• $22.00 – $32.00/hour (DOE)
• $2,500 bonus after 3 months
• $4.00/hour shift premium for 2nd shift
• Weekly pay

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $67000.00/yr.
