Material Handler

Pay: $20-$22/HR

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (X1 Opening)

Work Location: Roseville

Job Description

This role focuses on supporting warehouse operations by filling totes, operating a scrubber machine, and handling materials. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, safety-conscious, and experienced in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Fill totes for the warehouse team efficiently.
  • Operate a scrubber machine to clean and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
  • Work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
  • Operate a forklift as required.
  • Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately.
  • Load and unload trucks safely.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of forklift experience (sit-down preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • 1+ year of experience using RF scanners.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Steel-toe boots required.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clean, well-lit warehouse setting. There will be exposure to cold temperatures during winter months due to open dock doors. Expect approximately 5 hours of overtime per week in a fast-paced, physically intensive work environment requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
