Have you ever interacted with a security process or tool and said "I could make that much more efficient and effective". If so, the role of Technical Program Manager on Devices and Services Security may be for you.

In Devices and Services Security, we partner with the teams that create products like Kindle, Alexa+, Amazon Photos to deliver secure customer experiences.

In this role, you will understand the unique challenges of Devices and Services builder teams and work with engineers across the security organization. You will make sure tools and processes meet their needs. You will spend time with builder teams understanding what is and isn't working. You will identify areas that need more security tooling coverage, and where we could automate processes to enable builders to spend more time building great features.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• - Experience on a securing engineering teams or any of the following: threat modeling experience, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration and network security experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• Experience as a Security Engineer and/or experience with securing devices.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
