We are looking for a Data Insights AI Analyst (QA IT Business Analyst) in 5507 Blue Lagoon Dr, Miami, FL 33126 USA. Your mission will be to:
Position Summary
This position supports the daily operations of the RBI QA Systems Department by assisting the department leaders in analyzing IT business needs, management systems and business reports. This position is responsible for creating and running correlation analysis, analyzing data trends, and upkeep of client data management system (SPEQ).
Main activities:
¡ Creating helpful data visualizations to drive business insights.
¡ Using Tableau to interconnect Snowflake Databases
¡ Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights to key stakeholders.
¡ Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to assist decision-makers in driving business strategies.
¡ Develop automated reporting solutions to streamline data visualization and business intelligence processes.
¡ Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using SQL and Snowflake, ensuring clean and accurate datasets for analysis.
¡ Utilize Python for data analysis tasks, such as statistical analysis, data manipulation, and creating predictive models.
¡ Apply general knowledge of LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini...) and AI technologies to help drive innovation in data analysis.
¡ Assist in the integration of AI/ML models into data workflows to enhance predictive and prescriptive analytics.
¡ Research emerging AI trends and provide recommendations for incorporating them into business operations and data analysis.
¡ Analyzing different processes and data using various methods including correlation analysis, principal component analysis, and regression analysis.
¡ Being able to identify trends within data and present them in a logical and easy to understand manner

l Internal Interlocutors: Team RBI members (Miami, Oakville, Markham and Gainesville RS)
l External Interlocutors: RBI QA Team Members
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications Required
l Education: BS Degree in Computer Science or Work Equivalent
l Required skills:
¡ Programming languages and tools such as SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Oracle and Python.
¡ The ability to analyze, model and interpret data, ideally with experience using ML/AI tools.
l Management: N/A
Physical Demands and Work Environment
l Office environment with moderate noise (i.e. computers, phones, printers and light traffic). Must have the ability to work at a computer station for an extended period of time.
