Responsibilities:

  • Report and monitor daily yields of critical test operations if any downward trend is
  • noted, appropriate actions must be taken.
  • Develops test solutions to technical problems.
  • To enhance product performance through testing. Analyze and evaluate test results
  • to identify areas for improvement and drive product development.
  • Lead in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Plan and execute on schemes to improve test yield and reliability.
  • SPC and daily tester control.
  • Issue documents such as process flow, work instruction, control plan, visual aids and
  • SPC
  • Ensure compliance to quality assurance processes and industry best practice.
  • Supervise technicians to perform daily technical support.
  • Provide training to technician and operators.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field, minimum 3 years of industrial engineering working experiences in electronic manufacturing or telecommunication.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or equivalent fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Fiber Optic, PCBA, EMS environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic circuitry and testing and debugging procedures.
  • Excellent problem identification and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good analytical skills, positive thinking, self-motivated, and team player.
