We are seeking a Monogram Sales Manager (MSM) to represent Monogram in the Los Angeles market. This individual will be responsible for driving sales across retail and builder contract channels, developing key relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to grow the Monogram footprint. This role reports to the Director of Monogram Sales and requires residency within the assigned territory.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance across Monogram product lines within assigned territory and focus accounts.
  • Deliver compelling product training to resellers, retail staff, and builder partners.
  • Maintain a consistent and effective call schedule to engage dealer stores and sales associates.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with builders, designers, cabinet makers, and architects.
  • Partner closely with GE Appliances colleagues within the market to align efforts and maximize impact.
  • Improve and maintain in-store displays and ensure brand consistency across retail and design channels.
  • Plan and execute promotions and events targeting designers, dealers, and builder partners.
  • Provide installation guidance and coordinate training as needed.
  • Support dealer operations through exceptional customer service and field engagement.
  • Conduct CEU certification courses and actively monitor in-store branding compliance.

Performance will be evaluated on sales growth, expanded retail presence, dealer engagement, and the successful execution of market-specific field marketing programs.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Proven experience in high-end or luxury appliances/products.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event and customer needs.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to business dress standards.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

GE Appliances offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including 401(k), medical, dental, and vision healthcare plans, as well as paid vacation. The base salary range for this role is $72,700.00 - $130,900.00. Your actual salary will be determined based on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's requirements and responsibilities.
