MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, communications, public relations or closely related area, and a minimum of three years increasingly responsible experience in customer service or call center management; or a combination of education or experience equivalent to these requirements.
