???? We're Hiring: Senior Analyst- SAP Quality Management (QM)

PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst specializing in SAP Quality Management (QM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing our SAP QM processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with cross- functional teams, analyse business requirements, and provide expert guidance on SAP QM best practices

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Deliverables:

• Lead and manage a team of SAP QM analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAP QM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide expert-level support and configuration of the SAP QM module.
• Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement within the quality management framework.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP QM, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of SAP QM related projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality management processes and enhance system efficiency.
• Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for the team.

Training and validation:

• Provide training and support to new hires on SAP QM processes and functionalities.
• Perform real time validations for new hire training.
• Prepare monthly validations and team accuracy report.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP QM users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve QM-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Handle change requests and implement enhancements.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product Coordinators, Process Technologists, Product Managers, Sourcing Team and Customer Service Representatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyse quality reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Who we are looking for:

• Master's degree in scientific field is required. (Chemistry or Biochemistry is preferred, other disciplines with organic chemistry coursework/experience will be accepted).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality management/Control/Assurance role.
• Strong understanding of quality management processes and principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP QM and industry specific QM requirements (Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Food, etc.) is a plus
