The IT Project Coordinator plays a versatile, enabling role within the IT Project Management Office (PMO), providing administrative and project coordination support across IT initiatives. Reporting to the Director of the IT PMO, this person is a critical team member supporting project managers, project delivery activities, and the operational functions of the PMO.
The Project Coordinator will assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, communications, and general project and portfolio support. In addition, this role provides administrative support to the Process & Governance Office (PGO) as needed, helping to track, document, and facilitate governance-related activities under the direction of the PMO leadership.

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $47,989.50 - $63,986.00. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
