Job Summary
- The Lead/Principal Data Architect will define the data architecture framework, lead the data architecture team, and advise on the organization's technology strategy for data storage, processing, and dissemination.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or 8 years experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience
- Required: 12 + Extensive years experience in designing, creating, deploying, and managing an organization's data architecture
- Skills
- Deep understanding of databases, data analysis, and management systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide others.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence as they relate to data architecture.
- Proficient in complex database concepts and effectively employ different database design techniques
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
