UCT is looking for a talented Material Planner to join us in Cebu!

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Material Replenishment Planner to manage MRP recommendations, convert them into purchase requisitions, and address exception messages by guiding buyers on PO adjustments. The role also involves optimizing planning parameters to balance supply, demand, SLAs, and stock levels effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review MRP recommendations and convert them into purchase requisitions.
• Analyze MRP exception messages and provide instructions to buyers for pushing, pulling, or canceling POs.
• Maintain and update system material planning parameters to ensure optimal balance between supply, demand, SLAs, and stock levels.
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate material replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust planning parameters as needed to meet business requirements.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in material planning processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning efficiency and effectiveness.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirement:

• Proven experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain management.
