We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual for a Facilities Maintenance/Janitorial position. This role is vital in ensuring that both the interior and exterior of our facility remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities:
Clean and perform preventative maintenance (P.M.?s) on machines
Maintain facility grounds, including mowing, weeding, tree trimming, and snow removal
Clean and maintain both the inside and outside of the facility
Sweep floors daily and ensure garbage is removed regularly
Refill soap and paper towel dispensers in restrooms and break areas
Paint areas of the facility when needed
Clean and sanitize bathroom floors
Receive, stock, and maintain inventory of parts and hardware
Maintain inventory control for maintenance supplies
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Skills:
Basic Handyman Skills - Experience with light repairs, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
Inventory Management - Familiarity with receiving, stocking, and tracking parts or supplies.
Outdoor Equipment Operation - Ability to safely use lawn care and snow removal tools and equipment
Education:

Qualifications:
Previous maintenance or janitorial experience preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and maintenance
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic inventory or stocking experience is a plus
