We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in a non-airconditioned warehouse in Brownsville, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating industrial machinery and a strong commitment to safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate production or processing machines
Monitor equipment to ensure it is operating correctly and efficiently
Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure quality output
Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions to supervisors
Follow safety and quality standards at all times
Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Familiarity with CNC machines, extrusion equipment, or packaging machines
Forklift certification or previous forklift experience
Basic computer or scanner skills for data entry
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery
Ability to read and follow technical instructions or blueprints
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Must pass a background check
Reliable and punctual
