Belcan is seeking a Quality & Customer Operations Project Manager (COM) with a focus on Manufacturing Operations. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in the aerospace industry, particularly those familiar with airline shop visits and collaborating in a diverse team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent customer programs at the facility, managing projects within the manufacturing environment to align with customer requirements.
• Oversee engine onboarding processes in the shop, coordinating closely with airline teams for paperwork and communication.
• Act as the primary liaison for airline clients during their visits to the facility.
• Make strategic decisions regarding the use of new versus used material in engine projects.
• Facilitate seamless integration of engine shop visit projects into the manufacturing process.
• Communicate with teams, including those at the Peebles, Ohio, test site, to coordinate testing schedules and ensure effective project progression.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven project management skills within the aerospace manufacturing sector.
• Ability to handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
• Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative abilities.
• Computer Savvy with ability to learn and navigate new software's or system tools
• Legal authorization to work in the US.

Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $40.00 - $47.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
